1 Foreword
China Everbright Bank Hong Kong Branch Corporate e-Banking provides online enquiry services to its corporate customers. Companies are welcomed to apply for the service by contacting their relationship manager of the Hong Kong Branch (the "Bank").

1.1 Definition
Operator: It is Corporate e-Banking user who uses some or all of the services. Currently, there are two types of operator – Administrator and Operator.
Administrator is appointed by the company who is responsible for managing the Corporate e-Banking users, including addition or deletion of operator and setup of the operator's access rights. Administrator can also access the account inquiry and the statement download functions.
Operator currently can access the enquiry functions.

1.2 Overall Description
* Corporate e-Banking is offered to company which has at least one savings or current account with the Bank.
* Each Corporate e-Banking user has a certificate which is stored in USBKEY.
* Corporate e-Banking currently offers the enquiry services which allow customers to view account balance and transaction details, term deposits, loan information and to download monthly statement.

1.3 Operator and Function Group
* There are two types of Corporate e-Banking user: administrator and operator. Administrator can assign different functions or accounts to operator according to the company's requirements. Operator currently can enquire account information only;
* Each company has at least two administrators, which are set up by the Bank when the company applies for the Corporate e-Banking service. Operators can be created by the administrators and there can be multiple operators;
* Each operator ID is unique within the company;
* The Bank will create the function groups when setting up the Corporate e-Banking account. Administrators can then assign the existing function groups to new operators;
* Operator's access rights are determined by the function groups assigned to the operator ID;

1.4 Use of Certificate
* Each Corporate e-Banking user requires to use certificate to logon, one certificate per user;
* Certificate will be saved in USBKey;
* When administrators create new operators, they need to apply new certificates with the Bank and then assign the certificates to them;
* The certificate is valid for 5 years. Users should check the validity of the certificate when they login. If the certificate expires, user will not be able to login at all and should contact the Bank for renewal.


2. Logon
* Function: Authenticate user when logging in Corporate e-Banking.
* User Types: administrator and operator.
* Steps:
1. Go to Corporate e-Banking home page (www.cebbank.com.hk), click "Logon Corporate e-Banking > English" and insert USBKey. A window will pop up.
2. Select a certificate and click "OK".
3. Input USBKey password and click "OK". System will go to the logon page.
4. Input Client No., Operator No. and Password and then click "Logon".
5. If it is the first time logon, system will force the user to change password. Upon successful change, system will go to the "Notice" page. User will need to click "Well acknowledged…" and the system will re-direct user to "My home page".
6. If it is NOT first time logon, system will go to "My home page" after successful logon.


3. Enquiry
It contains enquiry services including:
- Account Enquiry: account balance and account transaction details
- Pending Transaction: Unapproved Transaction and Management (applicable to Administrator)
- Online Transaction History (applicable to Administrator)
- Time Deposit Enquiry
- Loan Enquiry
- Download Monthly Statement

3.1 Account Enquiry
* Function: Allows users to check the company's account balance(s) and transaction details. Operators are able to check the account(s) assigned by administrators.
* User Types: administrator and operator.
* Steps :
1. Click "Enquiry" -> "Account Enquiry" to check account balance(s).
2. Click "Check details" to view the detailed account transactions.
3. To search or filter the transaction details, enter or select from the calendar for the starting date and the ending date and then click "Enquiry".
4. Click "Download" at the bottom of the screen to download the balance statements in three different formats: balance statement separated by vertical lines, balance statement separated by spaces, balance statement in EXCEL format.

3.2 Pending Transaction
* Function: Currently it is applicable to administrators only. Administrators can check or cancel transactions (e.g. user settings) which have not been approved yet.
* User Types: administrator.
* Steps :
1. Click "Enquiry" and then "Pending Transaction".
2. To search or filter the transactions, enter or select from the calendar for the starting date and the ending date and then click "Confirm".
3. Click on "Transaction No." to display the details.
4. Tick one or multiple transactions and then click "Cancel" to delete the transactions.

3.3 Online Transaction History
* Function: Currently it is applicable to administrators only. Administrators can check the online transactions (e.g. update of user settings) performed in Corporate e-Banking.
* User Types: administrator.
* Steps :
1. Click "Enquiry" and then "Online Transaction History".
2. Input the searching criteria such as Operation type, Transaction status, Entry staff, Transaction no., starting date and ending date. Then, click "Confirm".
3. Transaction records will display if there is any. Click on "Transaction no." to display the details.

3.4 Time Deposit Enquiry
* Function: Allows user to view term deposit details such as Contract no., Start Date, Tenor, etc.
* User Types: administrator and operator.
* Steps :
1. Click "Enquiry" and then "Time Deposit Enquiry". System will automatically display all the available time deposits.
2. To view the details, click on the Contract Number and the details will be shown.

3.5 Loan Enquiry
* Function: Allows user to view loan details such as Contract no., drawdown amount, interest rate, etc.
* User Types: administrator and operator.
* Steps :
1. Click "Enquiry" and then "Loan Enquiry ". System will automatically display all the available loan transactions.
2. To view the details, click on the Contract Number and the details will be shown.

3.6 Download Monthly Statement
* Function: Allows user to download the monthly statement.
* User Type: administrator.
* Steps :
1. Click "Enquiry" and then "Download Monthly Statement".
2. Select "Enquiry Month" and click "Download".
* Remark: administrator can download monthly statement of the previous 12 months.

4. Personalized Configuration
4.1 Manage Operator
* Function: Manage operators including add, delete, check, update, unlock and reset password
* User Type: administrator.
* Steps:
1. Click "Personalized configuration" and then "Manage operator".
2. Input the Operator No. and click "Select" to search.
3. Click "Add" to create new operator.
4. Choose an operator to "Update", "Delete" or "Reset Password".
Points to note:
* When add new operator, Operator No. can be numbers or capital letters, with 3-8 digits long.
* Certificate no.: It is a number assigned to operator for the digital certificate. Administrator fills in the certificate no. as stated on the password envelope. By default, certificate No.1 and certificate No. 2 are assigned to two administrators, certificate No. 3 and onwards can be assigned to operator.
* All the changed made by an administrator must be approved by another administrator in order to be effective. Original settings are still valid before new settings have been approved.

4.2 Operator Information
* Function: Check operator's account permission such as available function(s) and available account(s).
* User: administrator and operator.
* Step: Click on "Personalized configuration" and then "Operator Information".

4.3 Set Alias
* Function: Set alias for Client No. and Operator No.
* User Types: administrator and operator.
* Steps:
1. Click "Personalized configuration" and then "Set alias".
2. Select "Client No." or "Operator".
3. When setting up alias for Client No. or Operator, enter "New alias". Alias can be Chinese characters, capital letters or numbers with 3-8 characters long. Please note that one Chinese character or one alphabet letter is equivalent to one character.
4. Click "Confirm" to effect the change.

4.4 Set Account Sequence
* Function: Sort the accounts for easy retrieval of accounts which are frequently used.
* User Types: administrator and operator.
* Steps:
1. Click "Personalized configuration" and then "Set Account Sequence".
2. Select one account and click "Up" or "Down" to change the display sequence.
3. Click "Confirm" to effect the changes.

4.5 Change Password
* Function: Change the user password.
* User Types: administrator and operator.
* Steps:
1. Click "Personalized configuration" and then "Change password".
2. Input the old password and then input the new password twice to confirm.

5. Transaction Approval
* Function: administrator uses this function to approve management transaction.
* User Type: administrator.
* Steps:
1. Click "Transaction Approval".
2. Select one or multiple transactions. If accept the transaction(s), click "Approve". If not, click "Reject".

6. Navigation Setting
* Function: user can customize the main menu bar.
* User Types: administrator and operator.
* Steps:
1. Click "Functions" and then "Navigation Setting".
2. Select the menu items which to be displayed in the main menu bar.
3. Click "Confirm" to effect the changes.

7. Logout
* Function: User uses this function to logout the Corporate e-Banking properly.
* User Types: administrator and operator.
* Step: Click "Logout" and then "OK" to log out Corporate e-Banking.
